Bob Molinari, has firm roots in the construction industry long before the birth of his company. Fifteen years ago, Bob had the desire to design and build his own home. With the help of experts in the field and knowledgeable mentors, he was able to bring his ideas from paper to construction.
With the many homes that have since been built, Jakenzi Design and Build, has now grown to a full service custom build, renovation and design company. Bob’s eye for flawless details and diligent work ethic has always been his strength. Integrity comes naturally to Bob as he always provides options to his clients and recognizes functionality without compromising style and design.
Clients come with many ideas and require guidance on the complexities of bringing their vision to life. Bob takes great pride in spending time with his clients to develop plans, share his expertise and produce the best quality and product for his clients. He understands the client’s perspective first hand and is able to honestly assess and provide useful tools and information to make the best possible decisions for their lifestyle, their needs and of course their wish list!

Site Supervisor – John Molinari
As the Site Supervisor I oversee the construction of each home or renovation. I manage all trades, inspectors and suppliers and ensure each project is held to the highest standards. A safe and professional work site always produces excellent results.
Consultant – Erica Molinari
As the design consultant for Jakenzi Design & Build I take great pleasure in assisting clients with their home and design projects. I thrive on getting the opportunity to meet new people and explore new design concepts.
